There will be a Hive IAP DB version upgrade scheduled for Thursday, July 30th at 15:00, so we are sharing this in advance.  

Please note that temporary restrictions may occur regarding the use of the service as follows.

 ■ Work Details

  - Migrating to a database server with a new version installed

  - For commercial and sandbox servers

■ Work Schedule

  - 2026-07-30 15:00 ~ 2026-07-30 16:00 (KST) ​

■ Scope of Impact

  - Failure to verify receipts within 1 minute of work time

    - Reprocessing possible through restoration

  - Delay in sending notification schedules for about 3 minutes during work hours

  - During working hours, IAP console settings menu is not available for about 10 minutes

    - Billing > Product Management > Product Registration

    - Billing > Payment Settings > Store Settings

    - Billing > payment settings > PG settings

    - Billing > payment settings > additional service settings

    - Billing > monitoring > monitoring settings

    - Billing > payment operation > PC payment inquiry and cancellation: Viewing is possible, but cancellation function is not possible

    - Billing > payment operations > reprocessing PC payment items

    - Billing > payment operations > handling unpaid items from channeling payments

    - Billing > Market, Cancellation, Refund Inquiry> Refund Repayment Excluded Accounts

   - For new users subject to adult verification, adult verification will not be completed for up to 1 minute
