There will be an upgrade to the Hive Item DB version on Wednesday, August 12th at 11:00, so we are sharing this in advance.  

Please note that temporary restrictions may occur regarding the use of the service as follows.

■ Work Details

  - Migrating to a database server with a new version installed

  - For commercial and sandbox servers

■ Work Schedule

  - 2026-08-12 11:00 ~ 2026-08-12 12:00 (KST) ​

■ Scope of Impact

  - Item dispensing fails within a maximum of 30 seconds; failure to receive will be reprocessed

  - Item console menus are not allowed for about 1 minute during work

    - Billing > item > payment/redemption request

    - Billing > items > items registered

    - Billing > Item > Item Reward Message

  - During working hours, IAP console settings menu is not available for about 10 minutes

    - Billing > Payment Settings > Store Settings

    - Billing > payment settings > PG settings

    - Billing > payment settings > additional service settings

    - Billing > monitoring > monitoring settings

    - Billing > payment operation > PC payment inquiry and cancellation: Viewing is possible, but cancellation function is not possible

The impact of the work is as follows.

 - Eligible games: All games using adult verification

 - Impact

   - Users who have completed existing adult verification are not affected

   - For new users subject to adult verification, adult verification will not be completed for up to 1 minute

   - The "Console > Authentication > Adult Authentication > Enabled" menu cannot be used for up to 1 minute
